We have practices in:
Estoril – Pavilhão Atibá (September to March. Indoor Hockey)
Tuesdays – 18.00-19.30
Thursdays – 18.00-19.30

Jamor – Estádio Nacional (Cruz Quebrada) – (March to June. Outdoor Hockey)
Wednesdays – 18.00-19.00
Fridays – 18.00-19.00

Children of all levels, including beginners, are welcome. The focus is on enjoying the sport, and many of the kids have family playing in the adult teams.
